Join us for a panel discussion on the plans to memorialise 7/7 at Tavistock Square and the possible consequences of these plans for the square's other memorial traces and markers. The panel brings together some of those who were first on the scene and later investigated the bombing with those responsible for the recent memorial campaign and a number of academics working in the field of memory studies.
The panelists include:

Alex Marshall, 7/7 Witness
David Videcette, Former 7/7 Scotland Yard Investigator and Crime Novelist

Gabriel Koureas, Senior Lecturer in Visual and Material Culture at Birckbeck University
Andrew Smith, Teaching Fellow in History at University College London
